TO USE: Simply fill the burn chamber with a pinch or two of wood shavings, install the stainless steel guard/spark arrester (or if you prefer, fill the guard with shavings) and light the shavings with a quality butane torch lighter (Not Included) until the desired amount of smoke is infused into the cocktail glass. Cover the smoker with the Walnut Inlay Coaster/Lid for 10-30 seconds, remove the lid and use it as a coaster to display and enjoy your cocktail! Use of the Smoker over time: With wood being the main material component, the burn chamber area will burn and char over time - As long as the wood stays in tack, the smoker will continue to produce smoke for your cocktails. Maintanence: simply use a damp cloth to clean, do not soak in water. Glassware: The smoke chamber will sit 3/4" inside the glass, allow enough ice-space for the smoke chamber when using a rocks glass. The Copita will work on all glassware with openings of 1.75"- 4" .
